Featuring the music of up and coming star Zach John King and multi-platinum selling recording artist Cole Swindell, this affordable summer concert is an Amp Summer Concerts event presented by the Vail Valley Foundation and AEG Presents. Cole Swindell has been consistently putting out hit single after hit single for the last few years and fans know them all. From “Chillin’ It” to “You Should Be Here,” “Flatliner” (with Diaz Hampton and Thomas Rhett), “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” and more, you know you’ll hear some of the hit songs that Cole Swindell has written and recorded on his brand new album, Spanish Moss. The album was released on June 27, 2025, and will also include another batch of Cole Swindell original songs including his newest release “Love You Too Late” as well as classic hits such as “Never Say Never” (with Lainey Wilson), “Break Up in the End,” “Single Saturday Night” and more.

Zach John King

Zach John King is on the scene! The Sony Music Nashville signing artist brings a twist of alt-rock to country music. Hailing from Fayetteville, Georgia, King was a part of an indie-rock band in college. In 2021, he made the leap to pursue country music full time in Nashville.Check out “Just Missed You,” “Wannabe Cowboy,” “Slow Down” and “I Deserve A Heartbreak.” Morgan King brings his brand of country to his latest full length album, Jesus Loves, out 2026. Released off the back of his 2025 EP, Slow Down, this LP explains why the singer / songwriter was named Billboard’s Country Rookie of the Month for March 2026 with over 24.7 million streams worldwide. Morgan King’s music can also be found on Spotify’s Hot Country and Apple Music’s Today’s Country playlists. 

Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater Information

The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is a state-of-the-art outdoor venue for entertainment, shows and concerts. World class entertainment including the Vail Dance Festival! Enjoy spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains while experiencing the world’s greatest performers live on stage. Seating Capacity: 2,600 seats (may be up to 2,800 with full pavilion and lawn is filled). You may sit on the large grass slope on a first-come basis or you may reserve covered seats in the Pavilion which is organized into 4 sections with approximately 17 rows per section. The Pavilion offers covered seats while the Lawn offers casual, laid-back seating. You can find several concession areas throughout the venue to purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, pretzels, popcorn, candy, and a variety of grilled foods including burgers, brats and even tacos. 

Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is located next to the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and Ford Park in the middle of our beautiful mountains.

Parking Information

Closest parking for this concert will be in several locations around Vail. Limited paid parking will be available at Ford Park for $20 per space, payable with CASH ONLY at the Ford Park Ticket Office with concert ticket. Vail Village and Lionshead garages will have free parking after 3pm until 4am the following morning.
