The band is made up of founding members, Warren Haynes (guitar and vocals) and Jorgen Carlsson (drums), and they are joined on tour by Marco Benevento (keyboards) and Matt Abts (drums). For nearly three decades, Gov’t Mule has continued to push the boundaries of what is possible in music while delivering electrifying live performances to fans around the world. Some of the classic tracks the band performs at live concerts include “Soulshine,” “Thorazine Shuffle,” and “Blind Man in the Dark.”

The band is currently touring in support of their 2023 studio release, “Peace… Like a River,” and continues to evolve as one of the most respected and innovative rock groups to date. Warren Haynes is the only guitarist in music history (other than Butch Trucks of The Allman Brothers Band) to have played in not one, but two of the greatest rock bands of all time: The Allman Brothers Band (rhythm and slide guitars) and Gov’t Mule (rhythm and slide and lead guitars). An inductee into the Gibson Hall of Fame, the worlds greatest living guitarist is listed annually by every major publication in the world among the best in the world.
